Easy mode

For the easy mode, kids will look through the magazines to find 2-3 specific things, like a dog or something red. This helps them to focus on specific details and improves their observational skills.

Hard mode

In the hard mode, kids will have to find pictures related to a whole theme, like food or animals. This will challenge their ability to categorize and associate different things with a common theme.

Challenge mode

For the ultimate challenge, kids will have to create a collage from the pictures they’ve found and then tell a story about it. This will stimulate their creativity and narrative skills.

Some prompts to encourage the kid

  • Wow! You’re a real detective, finding all these pictures!
  • I bet you can find even more pictures for your theme!
  • Your collage is looking great! Can’t wait to hear the story behind it!

Important things to keep in mind

  • Make sure to provide enough magazines for each child
  • Encourage them to share and help each other
  • Praise their efforts and creativity.
