Easy mode

In easy mode, you will guide your child through 5 jumping jacks. Hold their hands and jump alongside them, helping them master the coordination of jumping and clapping.

Hard mode

In hard mode, encourage your child to perform 10 jumping jacks independently. Stand to the side and cheer them on, correcting their form if necessary.

Challenge mode

The challenge mode is all about multitasking. Encourage your child to do jumping jacks while either counting or singing their favorite song. This will help improve their cognitive function and physical coordination.

  • Wow, you’re jumping just like a kangaroo!
  • Let’s see if we can reach the sky with our jumps!
  • Can you count your jumps while you bounce? Let’s try it!

Important things to keep in mind
