Easy mode

In easy mode, the adult will say single words or make animal sounds. The child’s task is to repeat exactly what they hear. This mode is perfect for younger children and beginners who are just getting used to the game.

Hard mode

Hard mode takes things up a notch. The adult will say short silly sentences or rhyming phrases, and the child has to echo them. This mode is great for older children or those who have mastered the easy mode.

Challenge mode

Challenge mode introduces elements of volume and speed. The adult will change the loudness or the speed of the words or sounds, and the child has to match them exactly. This mode offers a fun and engaging challenge for children who have mastered the hard mode.

Some prompts to encourage the kid

  • You’re a great echo! Can you mimic this sound?
